Canceling a Lesson
If you need to cancel a lesson, please log into your account and cancel your own reservation. WE DO NOT MAKE THESE CANCELLATIONS FOR YOU, NOR DO OUR COACHES. I know the caps make that sound harsh, but we want to be clear. If you email us to cancel, we might not see the email in time, it does not get taken off, and you get charged. Emailing/calling/texting the coach is not any better. They do not have access to cancel a lesson! Meaning they then have to call or text me to do it. It is better for you to do it yourself.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning that if you cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson starts, you will pay full price. Clearly, emergencies and illness are the exceptions, but please call/text/email us to let us know. If you are sick, notify us at least 3 hours before the lesson; there is no charge. If it is after the 3-hour mark, you will be charged 50% of the full price.
If you do not notify us of your cancellation at all or notify us after the scheduled lesson time, you will be charged the full price, even if your player was sick.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to apply partial or full credit, depending on the situation, such as illness or injury, to your account for future use. This credit is good for one year from the date of initial purchase and can be shared between family members.
