If you need to cancel a lesson, please log into your account and cancel your own reservation. WE DO NOT MAKE THESE CANCELLATIONS FOR YOU, NOR DO OUR COACHES. I know the caps make that sound harsh, but we want to be clear. If you email us to cancel we might not see the email in time, it does not get taken off and you get charged. Emailing/calling/texting the coach is not any better. They do not have access to cancel a lesson! Meaning they then have to call or text me to do it. It is better for you to do it yourself. Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy meaning that if you cancel LESS than 24 hours before the lesson starts, you will pay full price. Clearly emergencies and illness are the exception, but please call us to let us know.
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to apply credit to your account for future use. Credit packages are good for one year from the date of purchase, and can be shared between family members.
